أهمية معززات الألوان في تغذية الأسماك

تُعد إضافة معززات الألوان إلى أعلاف الأسماك جانبًا مهمًا من جوانب التغذية في الاستزراع المائي وتربية أسماك الزينة.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن لون الحراشف والجلد يُعد أحد أهم معايير الجودة التي تؤثر في القيمة السوقية للأسماك، بالإضافة إلى تأثير اللون على الحالة الفسيولوجية والسلوكية ومستوى رفاهية الأسماك التي تتم تربيتها في الأسر.

بشكل عام، تعتمد ألوان الأسماك على ثلاثة أنواع رئيسية من الصبغات:

  • الميلانين (Melanin)
  • الجوانين (Guanine)
  • الكاروتينويدات (Carotenoids)

لماذا تحتاج الأسماك إلى الكاروتينويدات؟

يمكن لمعظم الأسماك إنتاج الميلانين والجوانين داخل أجسامها، ولذلك لا تحتاج عادةً إلى الحصول عليهما من الغذاء.

أما الكاروتينويدات، فلا تستطيع الأسماك تصنيعها من الصفر داخل أجسامها، ولذلك يجب الحصول عليها من الغذاء.

وفي هذا السياق، تمثل الطحالب الدقيقة Dunaliella و Haematococcus مصادر طبيعية مهمة لنوعين رئيسيين من الكاروتينويدات:

  • β-Carotene (بيتا كاروتين) — من طحالب Dunaliella
  • Astaxanthin (أستازانثين) — من طحالب Haematococcus

وتساهم هاتان الصبغتان في ظهور الألوان الوردية والبرتقالية والحمراء في جلد مجموعة واسعة من أنواع الأسماك، سواء في الاستزراع المائي أو في أحواض أسماك الزينة.

وقد تم إثبات تأثير إضافة هذه الصبغات إلى غذاء الأسماك في العديد من الدراسات التي أجريت على أنواع مختلفة من الأسماك ذات الأهمية التجارية.

كما أظهرت سلسلة من الدراسات العلمية فعالية Dunaliella و/أو Haematococcus في تعزيز الألوان بشكل طبيعي، بما في ذلك لدى العديد من أبرز أنواع أسماك الزينة.

طريقة الاستخدام

كجرعة للمحافظة على صحة الأسماك وتعزيز ألوانها، نوصي بخلط ملعقة صغيرة من كل نوع من أنواع DKI Fish Care الجديدة مع حبيبات DKI Marine الأصلية، وتقديم هذا الخليط للأسماك يوميًا.

بالنسبة للأسماك الكبيرة، نوصي بخلطها مع Masstick لتسهيل تقديم الغذاء واستهلاكه.



 

NEW Easy Reefs DKI pellet with Beta-carotene Fish Care pellet is the highly nutritious Easy Reefs DKI pellet with added color boosting pigments. When fed regularly, it visibly enhances the vibrant coloration of your fish.

The addition of color enhancers to feed is an important aspect of nutrition in aquaculture and ornamental fish. It should be noted that the color of the scales and the skin is one of the most important quality criteria that dictate the market value of the fish, in addition to its impact on the physiological, behavioral and welfare conditions of the animals raised in captivity.

In general, the pigments involved in the coloration of fish are melanin, guanine and carotenoids.

Melanin and guanine can be produced by most fish and therefore do not need to be supplemented in the diet, but fish are unable to synthesize carotenoids de novo and thus these pigments have to be obtained from from diet. In this scenario, Dunaliella and Haematococcus microalgae represent natural sources of two main carotenoids, β-carotene and astaxanthin, respectively. These two pigments are responsible for the pink/orange/reddish skin pigmentation in a wide range of fish species, both in aquaculture and in the aquarium, as has already been shown following dietary supplementation in commercially important fish. Furthermore, the high efficacy of Dunaliella and/or Haematococcus in natural color enhancement is based on a series of scientific studies conducted on the most prominent aquarium fish species.


As a maintenance dose, we recommend mixing a teaspoon of each of the new DKi Fish Care with original DKI Marine pellets and feed daily with that mixture. For large fish we are recommending to mix with the masstick.
