الإلغاء والإرجاع
يمكن إلغاء الطلبات قبل شحنها. بمجرد شحن الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه.
نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال الكائنات الحية إلا إذا تم استيفاء شروط DOA (الوصول ميتاً).
يمكن إرجاع المنتجات غير الحية في غضون 14 يومًا، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وفي عبوتها الأصلية. يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن عند الإرجاع.
سياسة DOA (الوصول ميتاً)
في حالة غير متوقعة لوصول الكائنات الحية ميتة (DOA):
- تواصل معنا خلال ساعتين من التسليم، مع صور واضحة للكائن الحي في عبواته الأصلية المغلقة.
- سنقوم بإصدار رصيد للمتجر، استبدال المنتج، أو استرداد المبلغ بناءً على تقييم الحالة.
- تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
- لا تنطبق سياسة DOA على اللافقاريات، الحلزون، أو أنواع محددة حساسة للشحن.

لن يتم استرداد رسوم الشحن في حالة الإرجاع.
Cancellations and Returns
- Cancellations can be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- Due to the nature of our products, livestock cannot be returned or exchanged unless DOA criteria are met.
- Non-livestock products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded in case of returns.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
- In the unlikely event of a DOA:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the livestock in its original, unopened packaging.
- We will either issue a store credit, replacement, or refund, based on the case evaluation.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- DOA policy does not apply to invertebrates, snails, or specific species sensitive to shipping.
