سياسة الشحن

• We currently offer shipping within Kuwait only. Our shipping days are from Sunday to Thursday, with all orders processed within 48 hours. (Exceptions to shipping days may be made solely at our discretion.)

  For livestock orders, we recommend selecting the express shipping option to minimize transit time and ensure the safety of your items. Please note, we do not ship livestock during extreme weather conditions or on public holidays, as these may impact delivery schedules.

  Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you to confirm delivery. Please ensure availability to receive your order, as failure to do so may result in additional shipping charges.

 

حاليًا، نوفر الشحن داخل الكويت فقط. أيام الشحن لدينا من الأحد إلى الخميس، ويتم معالجة جميع الطلبات في غضون 48 ساعة. (يجوز إجراء استثناءات لأيام الشحن وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص).

للطلبيات التي تتضمن كائنات حية، نوصي باختيار خيار الشحن السريع لتقليل وقت النقل وضمان سلامة المنتجات. يُرجى ملاحظة أننا لا نقوم بشحن الكائنات الحية خلال الظروف الجوية القاسية أو في العطلات الرسمية، حيث قد تؤثر هذه العوامل على جدول التسليم.

بمجرد إرسال طلبك للتوصيل، سنقوم بالتواصل معك لتأكيد التسليم. يُرجى التأكد من التواجد لاستلام الطلب، حيث إن عدم استلامه قد يؤدي إلى فرض رسوم شحن إضافية.
